At UC Berkeley, two documents guide the planning and future development of the campus. A multi-year effort is underway to update these plans: the Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) and the Campus Master Plan.

You are invited to participate in our second online open house as part of this effort. This open house focuses on the Campus Master Plan.

Throughout summer 2020, Capital Strategies hosted a virtual open house focusing on the work underway to update the Long Range Development Plan and the Campus Master Plan. The open house was an opportunity to gather feedback from students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public. Two recently conducted surveys provided the campus and the public an opportunity to contribute their ideas and thoughts about the future development of UC Berkeley's campus. Surveys ran from April 2019 to October 2019 and were available to faculty, staff, and students - as well as the general public. Display Showcases Campus Master Plan Progress and Emerging Themes

A colorful display of large posters captivated passers-by this past week at Sather Gate and North Gate. On October 15 and 16, Capital Strategies staff hosted an outdoor showcase highlighting progress made to date on the LRDP and Campus Master Plan initiatives, as well as some key emerging themes.
